Description
In 2019, Suzuki updated two popular models of engines DF150 and DF175, launching to the market improved models DF150A and DF175A with a working volume of 2,867 cc “Big-Block” with a higher compression ratio of 10.2: 1, thereby increasing torque, and fuel consumption with Lean Burn technology has significantly decreased, unlike previous models, making them more economical at low and medium speeds.
Main differences:
Suzuki Lean Burn Control System – an intelligent fuel supply system that achieves noticeable improvements in fuel consumption.
O2 Sensor Feedback Control System – an oxygen sensor feedback control system, serves for the correct functioning of the fuel lean system.
Knock Sensor – a knock sensor monitors the fuel combustion process, ensures smooth and optimal engine operation, and also helps to increase the service life of the engine.
Suzuki Water Detecting System – a system for detecting water in the fuel line with automatic engine shutdown if water gets into the engine (before it leads to engine failure).
Semi-Direct Air Intake System – a semi-automatic air intake system is built into the hood, which provides air cooling. Cooler air can increase the efficiency of the engine in all modes.
Suzuki Troll Mode System (Optional) – installing an optional trolling mode selection switch will allow you to control the trolling speed.
