Description
The new Suzuki DF80 model is the first and only outboard motor in its class that has a self-adjusting timing chain located in an oil bath instead of traditional belts. Automatic hydraulic tensioners ensure its correct tension at any time, minimizing the amount of maintenance. This Suzuki outboard motor uses Lean Burn fuel saving technology – which predicts the need for fuel depending on the operating modes and allows the motor to operate on a very lean fuel mixture. Special developments have significantly reduced the noise and vibration of the motor. It is also equipped with a tilt angle limiter, designed to protect the boat from damage.
