Description
Suzuki has released two high-performance four-stroke outboard motors – DF20A and DF15A. It is noteworthy that Suzuki has once again confirmed its reputation as an innovative company and equipped the motors with an injection system of such power for the first time! The presented DF20A/15A motors are designed for use on small plastic and rubber boats, which are very popular among amateur fishermen. These are compact, lightweight 4-stroke outboard motors that are characterized by economical fuel consumption. In addition, the fuel injection system is battery-less, and as can be seen from the definition, does not require a battery. The presence of the Lean Burn system in Suzuki motors contributes to fuel savings of up to 14% (measurement data taken by Suzuki). The suspension of the outboard motor has also undergone significant modifications to reduce vibration from the engine transmitted to the tiller and the hull of the boat. Modern technologies were used with the use of an improved shock absorber design. The suspension design also takes into account the best weight distribution of the boat motor, including for its convenient tilting.
